摘要
气囊点火回路是气囊ECU中的重要组成部分,高可靠性是气囊点火回路的重要指标。文章讨论了基于MC33797点火回路的设计方案,结合其他同类点火回路对该方案的可靠性进行了重点分析。同时在论文中给出了对MCU发出的点火指令是否被有效执行进行判断的硬件电路以及软件处理程序。
The ignition circuit is an important composing of the Air Bag ECU, and high reliability is its important demand. In the paper, the scheme of ignition circuit based on the MC33797 is introduced and the reliability of the design scheme is analyzed compared with other congener circuits. The hardware circuit and the software program for estimating whether the ignition instruction from the MCU is effectively executed are discussed too.
