福多司坦片治疗慢性呼吸道疾病的祛痰作用观察

Eliminating Phlegm Effect of Fudosteine Tablets on Chronic Respiratory Disease

目的评价福多司坦片祛痰作用的安全性与疗效。方法以盐酸氨溴索片为对照药,采用随机双盲、平行对照的试验方法,将30例有慢性呼吸道疾病的患者随机分为两组,即福多斯坦组16例和盐酸氨溴索组14例。福多司坦组给予福多司坦片,每次400 mg,tid,饭后服用;盐酸氨溴索组给予盐酸氨溴索片,每次60 mg,tid,饭后服用。均连续用药7 d。结果福多司坦组临床有效率93.75%,盐酸氨溴索组92.86%,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);盐酸氨溴索组中有1例出现胃酸增多,数小时后消失。结论福多司坦片是一种安全有效的祛痰药物。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of fudosteine tablets on chronic respiratory disease. Methods 30 patients with chronic respiratory disease were randomly divided into two groups in a double-blind, parallel comparison study, 16 patients in the group received Fudosteine tablets, 400 mg,po, tld, and 14 patients in the control group received Ambroxol hydroctdoride tablets, 60 mg , po, tid, both were treated postprandially and for consecutively 7 days. Results The clinical effective rate in the fudosteine tablets group and ambroxol hydrochloride group were 93. 75% and 92.86% , respectively, no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） was found ; Only 1 case in the ambroxol hydrochloride group showed increased gastric acid and relieved after several hours. Conclusion Fudosteine tablets is a safe and effective phlegm eliminating drag.
