摘要
目的建立测定盐酸罂粟碱-卵磷脂微乳含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以甲醇-水-三乙胺(60:40:0.001)(V:V:y)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为248nm。结果盐酸罂粟碱在0.1812-0.6040mg·mL^-1浓度范围进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);微乳平均回收率为99.46%,RSD为0.4%(n=5),药物保留时间为9-10min。结论该方法结果准确,重现性较好。可用于盐酸罂粟碱-卵磷脂微乳的含量测定和盾量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determining content of papaverine hydrochloride in lecithin micromulsion by HPLC. Methods C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,methanol-water-triethylamine(60:40:0.001,V:V:V)was used as mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detecting wave length was at 248 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship between the sample size and peak area of papaverine hydrochloride in range of 0.181 2~0.604 0 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 99.46% with RSD=0.4%(n=5),the reserved time of drug was 9~10 min. Conclusion The method is highly repeatable and accurate which can be used in content dermination and quality control of papaverine hydrochloride in lecithin micromulsion.
