六味五灵片治疗慢性肝损伤的临床研究

The clinical study of Liuwei Wuling Tablet on chronic hepatitis B with chronic liver damage

目的:通过临床前瞻性研究验证六味五灵片治疗慢性肝损伤的临床疗效。方法:将150例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组:治疗组75例,口服六味五灵片,对照组75例,口服双环醇片。观察药物对患者肝损伤的影响。结果:治疗组患者在降低ALT中位数方面优于对照组,在用药达8周时六味五灵片表现出明显的治疗肝损伤作用,疗效达80%。结论:六味五灵片具有较好的治疗肝损伤作用,其有效疗程为8周。

Objective： To study the curative effect of Liuwei Wuling tablet on chronic hepatitis B with chronic liver damage by perspective clinical trail. Methods： One hundred and fifty cases with chronic hepatitis B with chronic liver damage was divided two groups by random： therapy （Liuwei Wuling tablet） group was 75 cases; control （diploflavanonol） group was 75 cases. Effect of Liuwei Wuling tablet on liver damage score was observed by clinical trail. Results： Liuwei Wuling tablet cut down median of ALT level was better than that of diploflavanonol. In improving median of liver damage score, Liuwei Wuling tablet treatment for 8 weeks got to curative effect on chronic hepatitis B with chronic liver damage. The effective power of Liuwei Wuling tablet treatment on chronic heaptitis B with chronic liver damage was 80%. Conclusion： Liuwei Wuling tablet have more effect on therapy of liver damage, utility course of treatment is 8 weeks.
