高校扩招已成为我国高等教育发展的必然趋势,在高校扩招的同时,又引发了教学管理工作方面的诸多问题。对所存在的一系列问题进行归因分析,从而提出解决这些问题的有效策略,以期为解决高校扩招与教学管理之间的矛盾提供某些有益的借鉴。

The universities enrollment expanding has become the inevitable trend of our country higher education development. While the enrollment expanding in the universities, it has initiated many questions on teaching supervisory work aspect, analyze a series of questions which existed, thus to solves these questions effective strategies, to provide the model of solving the contradiction between the teaching management and the enrollment expanding in the universities.
