冲突理论认为冲突是社会的基本状态,具有社会整合的作用,并导致社会秩序的出现。冲突导致的社会紧张可以通过安全阀机制得以释放,从而使社会维持动态的平衡。高校教学管理中存在各种各样的冲突,大致可以分为现实性和非现实性两类,这些冲突具有建设性的作用。冲突理论不仅为高校教学管理提供了新视角,而且具有重要的方法论意义。
