摘要
本文立足于调查研究的实际,结合当今社会专家的理论研究分析,紧紧围绕高校青年教师激励机制建设的主题,从理论和实际相结合的视角,首先分析了高校青年教师的需求特征;其次是探究了当前高校青年教师队伍激励管理中存在的问题及原因。据此,本文从四个方面提出了高校健全与完善青年教师激励机制的对策与建议。
The paper bases on the facts from investigation and study, combines with the present sociologist's theoretic analysis, tightly encloses the theme of the construction of stimulant mechanism on higher education young teacher. Firstly, the paper analyses the feature of request of the higher education young teacher from the perspective of combining theory and practice. Secondly, the paper studies the problem and cause in the stimulant management on higher education young teacher. Hereby, the paper provides some countermeasure and suggestion about improving stimulant mechanism on the higher education young teacher from four aspects.
