摘要
随着数字技术、多媒体技术和网络通讯技术的飞速发展,数字信息资源正日益成为信息资源的主体。文章对数字环境下信息用户需求特点进行了分析,并就高校图书馆加强数字资源建设的措施与对策进行了探讨。
Along with the rapid development in digital, multimedia and network communication technology, digital information resources are becoming the mainstay of information resources. This paper discusses the features of users under digital environment and strategies to strengthen digital resources building.
