摘要
脉搏血氧饱和度是根据光的吸收特性设计的。在麻醉时,动脉搏动波的变化是由于神经源性或者激素源性因素使动脉壁舒张性改变,因而脉搏波除了能反映循环血容量的变化外,还能探测机体交感张力的变化。本文将从测定方法,影响因素,最新技术,临床应用和从脉搏血氧饱和度衍生而来的末梢灌注指数等几个方面做一个综述。
The pulse oxygen saturation is designed according to the absorptive character of the light. During the general anesthesia, the pulse oximetry plethysmographic waveform amplitude changes along with the relaxation of arteries that is caused by nerves or hormone. So the plethysmographic waveform can reflect the change of blood volume, and also detect the sympathetic tension. In this review, we'll summarize the assay method, the influencing factor, the new technology, the clinical application and the tip perfusion index which was derived from the pulse oximetry.
