大果水晶梨果实套袋试验 被引量:3

摘要 对大果水晶梨(Pyrus pyrifolia‘Shisho’)果实进行了套袋试验,并采用模糊数学法对不同套袋果实品质和贮藏性进行了综合评价。结果表明,所有套袋处理均可不同程度地改善大果水晶梨果实的外观品质和贮藏性能,单果重、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、Vc及石细胞含量都有下降的趋势,含水量和可滴定酸含量提高,风味降低,贮藏期延长。黄色单层纸袋的套袋效果较好,塑膜袋较差。 A bagging experiment of Pyrus phyifolia'Shisho' Nakai to studied the effects of fruit bagging was conducted by using two kinds of plastic bags,three kinds of single paper bags and double paper bags.Fuzzy comprehensive judgment method was also carried out in the synthesis judgment of the fruit quality and storage property.The results showed that different bagging treatments types can all improve the outward appearance and storage property of fruit.There was a decreasing trend in contents of single fruit weight,soluble solid,soluble suger,Vc and sclereid;The water content and titratable acid content were increased,the storage period was prolonged and the original flavor of fruit was weakened.The effects of yellow single paper bag were better than plastic bag.
