四电机驱动粗纱机高速运行时的张力控制方法

摘要 介绍了对粗纱机高速运行时影响张力的因素以及在四电机粗纱机中解决张力波动的措施进行了分析探讨。分析表明,高速运转时影响粗纱张力的主要因素有;纺制的纤维品种、规格、粗纱的大中小纱状态、工艺参数.锭速,温湿度等。而在四电机粗纱机中,建立了引入补偿参数的筒管转速公式,通过设定卷绕系数K1,张力补偿值n(f)和张力传感器自动补偿,就能较好地解决张力波动的问题。 This article analyzes and discusses the factors that influence the roving tension during the running of roving frame at a high speed and the measurements how to solve the roving tension fluctuation in the roving frame driven by four motors. Such analysis shows the main factors are varieties and specifications of fibers, states of full, medium and small bobbins of roving, process parameters, spindle speed, temperature and humidity etc. For the bobbin speed formula with paramerers compensation is built, the problem of tension fluctuation in the roving frame driven by four motors is solved effectively through setting the winding multiple K, tension compensation value n(f) and automatic compensation of tension sensor.
