可持续发展和节能降耗将是中国企业未来较长时期内面临的重要任务。上海电力作为上海地区范围内唯一的公用电力供应商和最大的能源供应商,节能降耗是上海电力的责任和使命。上海电力节能的工作应该以引导全社会节能为根本目标,从需求侧管理、供应侧优化和电网侧降损三个方面同时进行;上海电力节能的技术手段可以从提高能源利用效率、需求侧管理、降低电网线损、绿色能源开发、建筑节能等多个领域全面开展,实现节能工作的创新和突破。

Energe Efficiency is the main challenge of the enterprises in China. SMEPC （Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company） is the one and only communal power supplier in Shanghai. It is the responsibilty of SMEPC to save the energy, especially the electric power. In order to carry out the object of energe efficiency of the whole society, the company of the grid must also pay attention to the power saving of the generation side and the custom side. There are several technology areas of energy saving including increasing the efficiency of power production, power demand side management （ DSM）, the renewable power generating and decreasing the loss of the power grid, the energy saving of the architecture.
