摘要
从氰乙基醋酸纤维素在 pH=0.43的酸性条件下水解后的表观乙酰基含量数据,根据非线性最小二乘法原理,用计算机求解了各个反应速率常数,所得结果与实验值符合较好。
The hydrolysis of cyanoethyl cellulose acetate at pH=0.43 is a complex reaction.It contains(1)cyanoethy group hydrolyzed to amidoethyl group,(2)a midoethyl group hydrolyzed to carboxyethyl group,and(3)deacetylation.According to thenon-linear least squares method,the three rate constants were calculated from only a series of apparent acetyl content data by using a computer.The rate constants of above mentioned reactions can be expressed as: k_1=4.08exp(-2.83×10~3/RT) k_2=6.29×10~2exp(-4.46×10~3/RT) k_3=1.99×10~4exp(-9.56×10~3/RT) where k is in the unit of h^(-1),and RT of cal·mol^(-1).
