芬太尼透皮贴剂在恶性肿瘤并发带状疱疹患者中的应用及护理

Using Fentanyl for patients with malignant tumor combined with hexes zuster

目的应用芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗恶性肿瘤患者并发带状疱疹期间的剧烈疼痛，提高患者生活质量。方法通过对36例恶性肿瘤并发带状疱疹患者应用芬贴剂2．5mg每72h1次外贴，外贴时间维持9～12d，评估疼痛缓解情况及生活质量。结果人组患者在应用芬太尼透皮贴剂后和应用芬太尼透皮贴剂前相比，疼痛VAS评分差异有统计学意义，生活质量评分均有明显提高。结论芬太尼透皮贴剂有利于患者平稳度过带状疱疹自然病程，给肿瘤患者的后续治疗创造了有利条件。

Objective In order to know the sedation of Fentanyl for patients with malignant tumor combined with herpes zoster, and then improve the quality of life for them. Methods Fentanyl was used for 36 patients with malignant tumor combined with herpes zoster for 9-12 days by 2.5 mg every 72 hours. Evaluated the quality of life of patients. Results The sedation was significantly different before and after using the Fentanyl for patients with malignant tumor combined with herpes zoster, the quality of life was significantly better when using Fentanyl than before. Conclusion Fentanyl can help patients with malignant tumor combined with herpes zoster pull through the crisis smoothly, and then improve their quality of life.
