补中益气汤加减治疗泌尿系统疾病60例临床研究

Clinical Research of Modified Buzhongyiqi Tang for 60 Cases with Vrinary System Disease

目的观察补中益气汤加减治疗泌尿系统疾病的临床疗效。方法临床辨证选取60例泌尿系统疾病患者,辨证运用补中益气汤(基本组方:黄芪、白术、陈皮、柴胡、党参、当归、甘草等)加减治疗。每日1剂,早晚各1次,1个月为1疗程,在治疗过程中随证加减,连续治疗两个疗程。结果60例患者中,痊愈l7例,占28.3%;显效26例,占43.3%;好转13例,占21.7%;无效4例,占6.7%,总有效率为93.3%。结论补中益气汤加减辨证治疗泌尿系统疾病,可取得满意的临床效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Buzhongyiqi Tang in the treatment of urinary system disease. Methods 60 patients with urinary system disease were selected out and given the Buzhongyiqi Tang according to the treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Two couses of treatment were made. Results Among 60 cases, 17 cases were recovered（28.3%）, 26 cases were excellent（43.3%）, 13 cases were improved（21.7%） and 4 cases were ineffective（6.7%）, total effective rate was 93.3%. Conclusion It has satisfactory effects in urinary system disease with Modified Buzhongyiqi Tang.
