A Tentative Exploration of Propaganda and Education of Constructing Harmonious Regional Environment

构建和谐区域环境,必须从宣传教育工作入手。建设和谐的生态环境,迫切需要全社会的共同关注;建设和谐的制度环境,迫切需要政府转变工作职能,更好地为之提供三大公共服务。因此,要切实加强和谐生态环境教育工作,加强和谐环境制度教育宣传工作。

The construction of harmonious regional environment should start from propaganda and education. Common concern of the whole society is urgently needed to build a harmonious ecological environment; transform of governmental functions is urgently needed to build a harmonious system environment to provide better three major public services. Therefore, education of harmonious ecological environment should be enhanced and education and propaganda of harmonious system environment should be strengthened.
