湛江市城乡结合部依法治理对策研究

城乡结合部是工业化进城中产生的副产品,是一个全国性难题。湛江市也急需着手防范或化解城乡结合部的消极影响。本文分析了湛江市城乡结合部的现状,剖析了其中的成因,并有针对性地提出了五点对策性措施,希望对市政府整治城乡结合部有所帮助。

The cross-area existing in between the city and the rural area has been one of the by-products in the urbanization.It is a national problem,but our Zhanjiang City is also at the critical moment to prevent the emerging of this cross-area or resolve the passive influences therein.I believe it is better to help its healthy progress than check it.I describe the present conditions of cross-area in our Zhanjiang City,analyse its causes and finally put forward some practical countering-measures.
