摘要
本文通过对我国法律援助制度的产生及发展情况的概述,明确了法律援助工作的重要意义,并对我国法律援助工作中存在的不足及应采取的措施提出了建议。
This atricle which by giving a simple introduction to China＇slegal aid institution,makes it clear the significance of legal aid institution and gives some suggestions to the deficiency of the institution and its corresponding measurements.
