The constitution of the United State is a masterpiece which has great influence on world order.This paper analyzes.the background of constitution of the United State and contributory to the success of the constitution-its balancing mechanism.During the process of signing the constitution,the people who wrote the U.S.Constitution had most valued the balance of many factors,of which the cores are the balance between the House of Representatives and the Senate,the balance of legislative powers executive power and judiciary power,and the balance of all govemment departments of state and federation.All this balance is based on sovereignty belonging to the people.
