摘要 馒头成形的基本条件是:①要有调制良好的面团;②要压延成面带型。新型压延式方馍机的设计要点有3处:校压辊机构、成型折叠机构和定量切割装置。产品输出量:4 000~8 000个/h、成品重量:60~150 g/个、整机功率:2.97 kW。 The steamed bun forming basic condition is: have modulation good dough; want pressing and extending flour belt. The new pressing and extending type machine of square steamed bun design has three main points: the pressing and extending organization, taking shape folds organization and the quota cutting installment. Product output: 4 000-8 000 buns/h, end product weight: 60-150 g/1 bun, entire machine power: 2.97 kW.
