淡水珍珠与海水珍珠中锌含量分析的比较 被引量:3

摘要 制备淡水和海水的全珍珠水解液,采用 PAN 为显色剂,在 pH=5.57的 HAc-NaAc 溶液中、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS)存在下,在最大吸收波长545nm 处,测定其全珍珠水解液中微量的锌。比较淡水与海水珍珠中锌含量,对比了两种测定方法的结果及其准确性。发现淡水及海水培养珍珠中微量的锌的含量基本一致,提示珍珠对锌的利用受培养环境波动的影响不大,这可能说明珍珠有其固有的利用微量元素的机制和机能。 It was prepared that the whole pearl water solution liquid of fresh water and sea water pearl , with the adoption PAN is to shows the color, in buffer solution of exist, in biggest absorption wave-length for 545.0 nm, little the HAc--NaAc of pH=5.57 handling and the DBS zinc in whole pearl water solution liquid was mea- sured. Compared with the result and its accuracies of two kinds of measure methods. The contents of little zinc showing no difference in the pearl, point out the pearl in how to use little zinc will was not effected as the poster environment of it this talk us that pearl has intrinsic machine-made and function using little elements.
