摘要 本论文以武夷岩茶为研究对象,按醇析水提法,研究了浸提时间、浸提温度、浸提次数、液固比、乙醇浓度五个因素对提取率的影响,然后通过正交实验,确定茶多糖(TPS)提取的最佳工艺条件为:时间45min,温度60℃,液固比20:1,4倍无水乙醇,浸提次数2次。 The extraction techniques of TPS were investigated on Wuyi Rock Tea. TPS was extracted by back - flow with alcohol and water in the samples. The effects of time, temperature, number of extraction times, ratio of water to tea (V /W), the amount of alcohol on the yield tion for extracting TPS in tea was determined by orthogo of tea polysaccharides were nal test.The results showed study. And The best condi- that the optimum techniques was that extraction time was two hours, extraction temperature was 60℃, ratio of liquid and materials was 20:1, the amount of alcohol was 4 times and extraction twice.
