武夷岩茶中茶多糖的提取研究

本论文以武夷岩茶为研究对象,按醇析水提法,研究了浸提时间、浸提温度、浸提次数、液固比、乙醇浓度五个因素对提取率的影响,然后通过正交实验,确定茶多糖(TPS)提取的最佳工艺条件为:时间45min,温度60℃,液固比20:1,4倍无水乙醇,浸提次数2次。
