摘要
应用 DEFORM 软件,对 JX1030半轴套管体镦粗—反挤压成形过程进行了模拟分析。观察到镦粗—反挤压过程中凹模大头直径的改变出现的"扩径"和"缩径"现象,分析了形成原因,提出了相应的解决措施。研究结果能够用来指导工艺实践,从而缩短产品开发周期,提高产品质量。
Applying software DEFORM,the process of upsetting-backward extrusion has been analyzed for JX1030 axle shaft sleeve. The phenomenon of "expanding" and "necking" have been observed because of changing the diameter of die's big end, analyzed the reason, the solved measure has been put forward. The simulation result can instruct the technology practice. So the period of the new product is reduced,and the JX1030 axle shaft sleeve's quality is en- hanced.
