The paper takes an example of library in Wuyi University and Wuyishan City, carries out an all-around research of the relationships between college library and culture development of ancient city, from the sides of college culture and ancient city culture, college library and ancient city culture development, as well as college library and ancient city image, and took a consideration of related work.
