摘要 蜱螨的系统分类至今尚存在很多争议,尤其是目以上的分类地位很不统一。随着分子生物学技术在各个领域的渗透,结构生物学和发育生物学等领域的发展,人们对蜱螨的认识越来越深入。本文就蜱螨高级分类阶元中争论较大的几个方面做一讨论,主要包括蜱螨的分类基础、单源性问题、姐妹群及内部类群间的关系。 The systematics and classification of the Acari are still controversial, especially the taxonomic rank of the taxa above order. With the development of molecular techniques, structural and development biology, the knowledge about the Acari is enlarged. Some problems of systematics and classification have been already resolved, some still exist, and some new problems appeare. In this article, such several aspects of the higher taxa of Acari as the plan ground of the Acari, the monophyly of the Acari, the sister group about the Acari and the relationships within the Acari are discussed.
