摘要
该系统以32位DSP为CPU的数据采集与分析模板,基于TCP/IP通讯协议实现采样数据和状态特征的实时传输。用C++Builder开发出一套适用于水轮机状态监测与故障诊断的监控软件,采用SQL Server开发实时数据库和专家知识库,通过提取数据库中的数据、结合专家知识库的知识和规则对水轮机进行状态评价和故障诊断,开发出Word文档形式的报表生成软件。试验表明该系统能满足实际需要。
This paper proposed a condition based monitoring and diagnostic system for hydro turbines which samples data and analyzes them with the 32-bit DSP based boards and transfers data,states and commands between beards and the host computer based on the Ether- net with TCP/IP protocol.The software for monitoring real-time states of the hydro turbine and diagnosing faults was developed with C + + Builder platform. The database of real-time data and the expert knowledge were implemented with SQL Server. The evaluation of the states and diagnosis of the faults of the turbine were made based on the expert knowledge and rules. The reports were automatically made in the office Word form. The experiments demonstrate that the system is fast in real time response and is reliable in communication.
