摘要
智能数据采集与分析系统是基于C#环境下运行的软、硬件结合的计算机控制系统。运用多线程加锁的程序设计方法,采用外部系统信号控制相关量的采集与A/D转换,实现了数据自动记录与保存,并对数据进行相关的分析与处理。经过测试,该系统采样数据精度较高,传输速率较快,性能稳定,数据存储量大,易于数据的分析与处理,同时介绍了系统在钢轨焊机中的应用。
The system of data collection and analysis is a computer control system which consists of software and hardware based on C # . The system gathered exterior signal and made A/D conversion using programming of muhithreading and lock. It realized the data recording and conservation automatically and can analyze related data. Test shows the accuracy of data sampling, high speed of transmission, reliable capability, large capacity and easy-processing of the data. The application for the weld machine was introduced.
