摘要
LiFePO4是最近几年被广泛报道的一种新型锂离子电池正极材料.它具有较高的能量密度、优良的循环性能,资源丰富,安全性能好、对环境友好等许多优点,而且理论容量高达170mAh/g.但也存在电子导电率和锂离子扩散速度低等缺点,需要进一步的改进.本文概述了LiFePO4的结构、充放电机理、合成方法、以及其优缺点、如何改性等方面,介绍了这种新型的锂离子电池正极材料的目前研究概况.
Olivine LiFePO4 is a new kind of cathode material for lithium-ion battery. LiFePO4 is one of the most promising cathode materials because it is abundant and inexpensive, non-toxic and environmentally friend- ly, stable and safe. It has high energy density and the theoretical specific capacity of 170 mAtb/g. The main problem of LiFePO4 is low electronic conductivity and low lithium ion diffusivity. The intrinsic defects limited its application in industry. Detailed description is made of the performance, the structure, preparation method, and the doping modification of LiFePO4. The promising future application of LiFePQ lithium-ion battery cathode ma- terial is also pointed out.
