梯度开发与反梯度开发是两种重要的区域开发战略.本文通过对这两种不同开发战略的对比分析,为区域不同发展阶段应采取何种开发战略,提供了理论参考,并就梯度与反梯度开发理论在我国的应用做了实证性的探讨.

Gradient developing strategy and anti-gradient developing strategy are two important strategies in development of regions. With the analysis of the comparing the two strategies, this paper makes some suggestions on how to select the reasonable strategies in different developing stages and analyzes the applications of the two strategies in China.
