摘要 领导替代理论强调正式的层级领导之外的个体、群体、任务和组织因素对下属行为的影响,对传统的人际领导提出了挑战。文章对领导替代理论的内容、实际应用、测量方法以及实证证据等方面进行了综述,并对其进行了评价和展望。
