摘要
目的:建立呋麻滴鼻液中呋喃西林的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,在波长374nm处测定374nm中呋喃西林的含量。结果:在4.8-7.2μg·ml^-1浓度范围内,呋喃西林在波长374nm处与吸收度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率100.3%,RSD为0.553%。结论:用本法对该制剂进行质量控制简便易行、准确可靠。
Objective:To develop a method for determination of Furacillini content in Furaclin and Ephedrine nasal drops. Methods: UV spectophotometry of Furacillini at 374 nm was caculated for the assay. Results: There was a good linear relation between Furacillini content in the range of 4.8 to 7.2 μg. ml^-1 (r =0. 9999). The average recovery was 100.3% with RSD of 0.53%. Conclusion:The develop method is simple and accurate without interference from Dyclonine and Ointment, which could be used in the quality control of this product.
