简述了面粉生产中小麦清理的重要性,小麦和杂质的分离原则,分别论述了根据磁性、空气中的悬浮速度、密度、颗粒大小、颗粒形状、内部强度、颜色等小麦的物理特性进行清理的方法,并提出了注意的问题。
This paper present the important of wheat cleaning in milling anal principles of separation. The cleaning methods were put forward according to the magnetic, velocity in air, density, particle size, shape, color etc respectively.
