The peasant laborer is a peculiar group which appears in the process of market economy developing, the peasant laborer joining the trade union is the inevitably request of the society development. This article elaborate the present situation which the peasant laborer in China joins the trade union, and discuss the great significance of peasant laborer to join the trade union.
