我国生态农业的立法思考

On the Legislation of the Ecological Agriculture in China

生态农业的立法是我国生态农业发展的根本保障。本文以立法问题为研究的着眼点,重点分析了我国生态农业立法存在的弊端,并就如何健全和完善生态农业立法体系、保障立法体系的法律效力提出了对策,以推动我国生态农业的立法进程。

The establishment of legislation plays a significant role in the ecological agriculture in China. On the basis of the legislation, this paper analyses the problems existing in legislation progress, and probes the various ways to improve this progress, that is, the perfection of ecological agricultural legislation system and insurance of the efficiency of this system.
