摘要
研究了从含钨、镍废催化剂中回收钨、铝、镍的方法及生产工艺流程。该流程简单,实现了有价金属的综合回收。钨、铝、镍的浸出率高达96%以上、回收率分别为93.58%、98.37%、91.40%。钨酸钠产品、偏铝酸钠溶液质量均达到企标质量标准。
The methods and processing flowsheet of synthesize recovery of W, Al, Ni fron waste catalyst are studied. The result shows that the flowsheet is simple and efficient, realizes the synthesize recovery of valuble metals. The excraction rates of W, Al, Ni are over 96%, the reclaiming rate of W, Al, Ni is 93.58%, 98.37%, 91.40%. The purities of recovered products are over enterprise quality controlling standard.
