随着保险行业的日趋市场化和竞争的白热化,传统的车险经营模式已经面临着严峻的挑战,时代呼唤新的模式。构造车险价值网的目的,就是要打造一个贯穿整个车险产业链、与各主体深层次合作的新型汽车保险平台,形成一个保险公司与汽车服务提供商、汽车消费者共赢的创新经营体系。具体表现在以下几方面:产品开发——着眼需求;销售渠道——谋求"脱媒";核保——主动选择;理赔——大胆外包;客户服务——重在创新;资金运用——委托投资。
As the insurance industry becomes more and more market-driven and the competition continues to intensify, motor insurance's traditional distribution model is facing with grave challenges and should be changed imminently. The objective of creating a network of value for motor insurance is to structure a new motor insurance platform that covers the whole process of motor insurance and forms deeper-level cooperation among all participating entities, thus a new win-win operation system among car service providers, insurers and consumers will come into being. Major characteristics of such a system will be: product design-gearing at meeting consumer needs, sales channel- seeking disintermediation, underwriting-proactive selection, claim settlement-bold outsourcing, customer service-focusing on innovation, and capital utilization- third party entrustment.
