论保险职业教育的功能定位及资源整合

保险职业教育应以培养营销人才为主、技术人才为辅,确立其直接的、现实的培养目标,它能为保险从业人员提供大量有价值的培训服务,它有利于促进保险业人力资本管理及开发系统化、规范化,它通过使大量无职业者有业,并为社会主义和谐社会的构建及保险业社会形象的提升做出贡献。资源整合已成为制约当前我国保险职业教育发展的瓶颈。要破除制约保险职业教育功能发挥的瓶颈,必须做到:整合资源,以高素质营销人才的培养为打造品牌专业的突破口;做好保险行业与保险职业院校间的资源整合,共同制订保险职业标准,建立并完善保险职业资格证书制度;整合保险行业内的保险职业教育与培训资源,努力争创全国示范性高职院校。

Insurance vocational education mainly aims to cultivate talented people on sales, and at a lower priority level, it also intends to educate technical people. It can also provide valuable trainings to general insurance practitioners. It is useful in systematizing and standardizing human capital management, and by providing a lot of employment opportunities, it also contributes to the creation of a socialism harmonious society. Today, lack of resources consolidation has become a bottleneck in China＇s insurance vocational education. To redress this situation, we must consolidate various resources, using the training of high-quality sales personnel to enhance its image of professionalism. The resources scattered among the insurance sector and vocational schools should be consolidated together, a uniform insurance professional standard should be created, and the professional credential system should be established. The education and training resources within the insurance industry should be integrated, and efforts should be united in building up an exemplary higher-educational institute for insurance.
