摘要
本文针对目前对矿产资源价值的内在构成认识不清的现状提出自己的看法,并对矿产资源价值的实现这一现实问题提出分步实现的具体做法。
This article sets forth our own views on the internal constitution of mineral resources value on which there is no unanimous view point now.and promotes the process re alization method of mineral resources value.
