浅谈国有产权管理模式的建立及其保障

Theoretical Probe into the Formation and Guarantee of the National Property Right Management Model

本文从现代公司制度关于产权分离的原理出发,结合现代信托和代理制度,提出了建立国有产权管理模式的可能性,并就当前国情,给出了一个分级分类的产权管理模式,阐述了实现这一模式所需要的保障条件。随着国有产权管理工作的深化,建立并完善国有产权管理模式必将得到更广泛的重视。

This paper, based on the principle of separation of owenership and control of modern corporation system,and linked with modern trust system and agent system, put forword the possibility of formation of the national property right magement model. Con sidering the national conditions,it gives a grade and classified property-right management model, sets forth the essential guarantee condition of achieving this model, great attention should be paid attention to the establishment and perfection of the national property-right management model.
