近年来,多种经营企业效益普遍不高,其中重要原因之一就是企业忽视管理。本文分析了多种经营企业在内部管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,以促进多种经营企业效益的提高。

In recent years,geological and mineral departments have greatly developed multi-industry,and made better achievements. However,the economic efficiency of diversification is not very good. One of the important reasons is that a lot of business firms ignore management. This article analyses the problems of the business firms on management and the business firms should take measures on management in order to raise their economic efficiency.
