摘要
通过响应面试验研究了高温蒸煮(170~210℃)玉米芯酶法制备低聚木糖的工艺。结果表明:其最佳工艺条件为:浸泡硫酸浓度0.05%,蒸煮温度200℃,蒸煮时间4min。水解液经3.0%木聚糖酶酶解12h后,其还原糖转化量可达226.6 mg/g。TLC结果显示:酶解液主要成分是木二糖和木三糖。
Xylooligosaccharides were produced from xylan extracted from comcobs with steaming and enzymatic hydrolysis in this study. Results indicated that when the corncob were dipped in 0.05 % H2SO4 before steamed at 200;C for 4 min and subsequent hydrolysed by 3.0% xylanases for 12 h, the converted content of reducing sugar reached 226.6 mg/g. Confirmation experiments were selected for observing accuracy of the response surface model. The TLC demonstrated that xylobiose and xylotriose were the main compositions in the hydrolysate.
