摘要
将混纺(70%羊毛,30%腈纶)毛线用磷钨酸钠与有机二元酸(草酸、丙二酸、丁二酸)处理后得到改性羊毛毛线,然后用热分析,红外光谱,剩炭率等方法测定其热性能。实验证明:经过改性处理的羊毛毛线其燃烧性能下降;用Kissinger方程计算的降解活化能也有变化;在不同温度下处理的羊毛毛线其红外光谱也不同。
Treated with sodium phosphowolframate and its mixture with dicaboxylic acid(oxalic acid, malonic acid and butanedioic acid), hand knitting yam (70% wool and 30%nitrilon) changed into modified yarn. By thermal analysis method, infrared spectrometry andresidual char yield method, its thermal properties were determined. The results indicate thatcombustibility of the modified yarn decreases, the degradation activation energy calculated withKissinger Equation are changed and the IR special of the modified yarn obtained under differenttemperature are different.
