牛乳中糊精掺假快速检测试纸的研制

Research of a Test Paper for Quick Checking of Dextrin Adulterated in Milk

当前,我国食品安全问题日益突出,其中乳制品掺假问题也倍受关注。传统的检测方法复杂且耗时较长。试验研制快速检测牛乳中掺糊精的检测试纸,对该试纸的浸泡时间,浸泡试剂浓度和试纸最终的灵敏度进行了系统考察和优化。结果表明,该试纸反应灵敏,检测迅速,使用方便,可同时用于原奶收购和假奶粉检测,适宜在养殖、收购现场及野外进行操作,便于推广应用。

At present, the problem of milk adulteration is serious in our country in the field of food safety. The conventional testing method for adulterated milk is complex and time-consuming, so it is inapplicable for consumers and difficult to make a instant test. This research investigated common adulterants in the milk market and made test paper for dextrin. Results show that the test paper has features of high accuracy, sensitive response, quick test and convenience.
