区域旅游合作组织的柔性管理研究

Research on Flexible Management of Regional Tourism Cooperation Organization

区域旅游合作组织,作为一种新型的组织形态,是区域旅游合作高效运作的组织保障。但由于机会主义行为以及地方政府间协作不力等影响,在区域旅游合作活动中,区域旅游合作组织管理常常处于低效率、甚至无效状态。本文运用博弈理论对之进行分析,并探讨了区域旅游合作组织实施柔性管理的现实必要,最后提出了对策建议。

Regional Tourism Cooperation （RTC）, being the new form of the organization, has been the important platform which can make the regional tourism cooperation move smoothly. However, in the process of the cooperation, due to the lack of coordination between the local governments, especially the emergence of the opportunistic behaviors, the management of the RTC has always been inefficient, even invalid. In this paper, Game theory was used to analyze the cause of these, and then, the necessity of the usage of the flexible management of the RTC was discussed. On the base of this, some suggestion put forward at last.
