摘要
移动模架原位浇注施工方法在客运专线简支预应力钢筋混凝土箱梁施工中得到了广泛的应用。但常规的施工方法制梁周期长、人工操作工序多、施工较难控制。如何克服或减少这些缺点是一个值得研究的课题。通过理论分析和结构设计,将预制梁场钢筋整体绑扎、整体吊装和内模大块安拆的理念应用到移动模架施工中可以有效减少施工周期、提高移动模架施工的工厂化和标准化水平、减少人为失误,进而提高移动模架原位浇注施工方法的整体水平。
The method for cast-in-situ construction by movable shuttering form currently finds wide application in the construction of simply-supported prestressed concrete box girders for passenger dedicated railways. However, in case the conventional method for the cat-in-situ construction is used, the construction time cycle of girder casting is long, the manual operation procedures are more and the construction quality is considerably difficult to control. How to overcome or reduce the disadvantages of the conventional method is an issue worthy of further research. In this paper, through the theoretic analysis and structural design, the conception of binding reinforcement together at girder precasting yard, lifting and installing the reinforcement in integrity and assembling and dismantling the internal form in large blocks is applied to the construction by the movable shuttering form. The application of the conception in such a way as mentioned can effectively shorten the construction time cycle, raise the level of industrialization and standardization of the construction by the form, lessen the man-made errors, and will thus raise the global level of the method for the cast-in-situ construction.
