摘要
氯化聚乙烯与橡胶其混，用于普通Ｖ带底胶进行研究。并就各配合体系的选择及加工工艺对橡胶胶料的性能影响进行技术探索。结果表明，氯化聚乙烯与橡胶并用制造出性能良好具有优良的耐弯曲、耐疲劳、伸长率小的Ｖ带。
\ Study in this paper covers CPE blended with rubber, that is used in the base rubber of common 'V'-belt. The selection of compounding system and the effect of processing technology on the property of compound are related. The results have shown that the blend of CPE with rubber can be used to manufacture 'V'-belt having excellent bending and fatigue resistance and low elongation.
