简要介绍汽车蜡式节温器胶管的特点、目前本产品国内外的差距及原因，重点介绍在设计试制蜡式节温器胶管模具时，如何选择模具类型、优化模具结构以及选用模具材料等，以保证胶管的尺寸精度和形位公差要求。
The characteristics of wax type thermostat are introduced in the paper and it mainly stresses the selection of mold type, materials and optimizing mold structure in order to guarantee the requiremants of size precision and shape tolerance of the hose.
