试论化工企业总图管理现状及对策

Onthe Status and Countermeasure of the General Program Administration in Chemical Enterprise

The functions of general program administration in an interprise were reviewed.Based on the present status of chemical enterprise,such as the data of general pogram,staff qualities,rules and regulations of interprise,ect.,some measures of strengthening the administration of general program,are raised.
