摘要 研制成ZA-92型甲苯歧化与烷基转移催化剂,在反应压力3.0MPa、WHSV1.32h(-1)、氢烃分子比6.7/1下反应500h,反应温度380~392℃,转化率41.89mol%。苯加C8A选择性97.00mol%。在398kt/a引进装置上工业运转701天,在反应压力3.0~3.2MPa、反应温度353~383℃、平均WHSV0.91h(-1)条件下,转化率40.18mol%,选择性96.65mol%,其特点是反应温度低,提温速度慢。现仍在继续运转中,尚未再生,预期第一运转周期在三年以上。 ZA-92 toluene disproportionation and transalkylation catalyst, a solid acid prepared by combininghigh-silica mordenite and mesopore alumina, was successfully developed and applied to an industrial reactor with throughput of 398kt/a for 701 days under pressure of 3. 0 MPa and WHSV of 0. 91h-1, withthe temperature raised from 353℃ to 383℃. The average conversion is 40.18 mol% and B+C8A selectivity is 96.65 mol%. The results show that the reaction temperature is lower and the rate of temperature enhancement is slower than some other catalysts. The ZA-92 catalyst, still being used in the plantwithout regeneration, may have a expected first cycle service life of additional three years.
