三叶型345催化剂(Fe-K-Ce-Mo)具有高活性、高选择性、抗湿防潮性能好、机械强度大、炉前压降低、使用寿命长等特点。可使乙苯转化率大于78%,苯乙烯选择性大于95%,苯乙烯收率大于74%,使用寿命在1.5a以上。
The trilobe 345 catalyst(Fe-K-Ce-Mo)for ethylbenzene dehydrogenation was developed. The catalyst had the characteristics of high catalytic activity, high selectivity,good moisture resistance, high mechanical strength, low pressure drop and long service life,with conversion of ethylbenzene more than 78%,selectivity of styrene more than 95%,yield of styrene more than 74%, serivice life more than 1.5 a.
